Small space made large

Last week I had the pleasure of sharing these beautiful images taken by Little Red Photography with Wendy from Andrew Whyte Landscape Design.

This private landscape project featured our Lump “Circle Work Soft” 3D Feature Panels and has actually been completed for some time now. But as you can see, the space still looks perfectly styled and pristine now as it did on completion.

I asked Wendy to tell us a little about the project from a landscape design point of view. “The brief for this space was to create privacy for the residents and a stylish outlook from the home’s main living area.

The Lump Circle Work Soft 3D feature Panels provided the perfect backdrop to the chosen Pyrus Capital trees drawing the eye upward rather than outward. With its narrow growth habit, shiny green leaves in spring and summer, reddish purple leaves in autumn and deciduous in winter, the planting scheme is complemented by the earthy tones of the panels behind them.

Lighting in the evening further enhances and highlights the depth and 3D dimension of the space.”

The area is only a small segment of the properties greater landscape design and it is also a small outdoor space in its entirety. But it is made large by the very clever use of materials, especially those Lump 3D feature panels and of course clever and carefully planned planting.

Congratulations to all at Andrew Whyte Landscape Design the garden is indeed a beautiful outdoor extension to the main living area. And of course a big thank you to the residents, with out you it would not be possible to be making such beautiful spaces.
